    Pick up the Wyoming Tribune Eagle - April 13
    Registration/Kick-Off Event:
    Thursday, April 17 • 4-7pm & Friday, April 18 • 6:30am 1:00pm.

    Cost to participate in Step Up Cheyenne is $10 (cash or check accepted)

    • This event will be held at the Storey Gym, 2810 House Ave.
    • You will be officially weighed-in and receive your member ID number.
    • Participants will receive a pedometer (first 1200 people) and be weighed in.
    • There will be area organizations providing information on health, wellness and fitness.
    • Blood draws will also be available for $30, on Friday from 6-10am (please fast).

    Weight Loss Challenge 10 Weeks

    You are being challenged to lose weight by walking 10,000 steps per day!

    • Weight loss and body fat loss will be measured by the percentage lost.
    • Prizes will be awarded throughout the challenge and after the final weigh-in on June 26.
    • There will also be giveaways during the Step Up! Eat Well and Move Workshop Series.

      This website is dedicated to the Step Up Cheyenne Weight Loss Challenge. Weights will be recorded allowing the Wyoming Tribune Eagle to report a weekly weight loss total for the City of Cheyenne. Participants will be able to track their weight loss, the percentage of weight lost and their number of steps after registering.

    Final Walk/Run Challenge Thursday, June 26 • 6pm

    Lions Park

    This walk/run will be a challenge of 10,000 steps (5 miles)

    • Participants will enjoy walking around the lake, being cheered on after each lap.
    • There will be a final, official weigh-in following the walk.
    • You are not required to participate in the final walk/run challenge,
      BUT you must get an official final weight to qualify for prizes.
    • Additional final weigh-in options are available.
